◎Social Responsibility
Aside from developing new products and technology to face the rapid changes in the international market, our management policy is to provide safe working environment, to protect employees' rights and to hire locally to ensure our employee has work-life balance. The management of employee is ruled by law and it’s prohibited to have child labor or forced labor.
◎Working hours management
Working hours is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Lunch time is from 12:00am to 13:00pm. Extra hours should be raised by supervisors in advance if needed Besides, the management of employee is ruled by law and prohibited child labor or forced labor. Shall not corporal punish in any way, and mental abuse or threaten to treat employees are not allowed. Employee attendance and work overtime should compliance with the law of Labor Standards. Operating environment compliance with the indicate, protection and working specification that Noise Control of Environmental Protection Administration and Labor Inspection have ruled.
◎Employee Education Training
We strengthen our organization and employee’s knowledge as well as skill accordingly after evaluating their position thoroughly to provide ideal courses. .
