DAINET RAP SERIES Polyester Leveling Agent for Use in High Temperature & Rapid Dyeing

DAHNET RAP possesses not only low foaming property which is the prerequisite condition in rapid dyeing but also ever conceivable property desired of general purpose type leveling agent. DAINET TS Series

DAINET TS is a polycarboxylic acid type high-molecular surfactant specifically designed for use as pigment dispersing agent. It gives very high efficiency in dispersing inorganic pigments into water and also in lowering the viscosity of pigment slurries. DAINET TS allows the formation of highly concentrated pigment suspension, which is otherwise difficult to obtain.

∙ DAINET TS improve the dispersion of inorganic pigments e.g., Satin white、Zinc Oxide、CaCO3、AL(OH)3、TiO2、Clay、Talc...etc., and markedly lowers the viscosity of slurry.

∙ The pigment suspension produced with DAINET TS is so stable to be heated that its viscosity remains unchanged at increased storage and application temperature.

Soaping agent

DESPOL DR Series high-quality soaping agent with non-foaming

DESPOL DR is a non-foaming soaping agent, which compound with a special anionic surfactant. DESPOL DR is a high-quality soaping agent developed for cotton and blended fabric. DESPOL DR has very excellent soaping effect on the fibers which dyed after direct, reactive, sulfated or dispersing dyes.

∙ DESPOL DR is special with its non-foam property. Therefore, it will not be affected by foaming. In other words, it can improve the manufacturing process.

∙ DESPOL DR has very excellent soaping effect on the fibers which dyed after direct, reactive, sulfated or dispersing dyes and won’t influence or change color.

∙ DESPOL DR also has excellent soaping and soil redeposition prevention effect on T/C, T/R and N/C dyes.

∙ The fiber through soaping process with DESPOL DR can show its excellent soaping effect when using cationic softening agent or forming process in high temperature.

GRAN UP EC Series soaping agent for polyester blended fiber dyeing

GRAN UP EC  is is used for the dyeing of polyester/cotton blended fibers at one bath, at T-SIDE, reduction clearing procedure could omitted with usingGRAN UP EC.   Which can result in high fastness dyeing of material, so they serve to dye works to simplify and shorten the operating time.

∙ GRAN UP EC eliminates effectively disperse dyes deposited on polyester fiber surface and dyes which stain wool, cotton, rayon fibers, and produces the blended fiber which has good color fastnesses.

DAIPOL Series is a soaping agent for naphthol, sulphur, threne, reactive,and disperse dyes  composed by nonionic and anionic surfactants. It has excellent soaping effect,and improves the rubbing fastness and fastness to washing of   textiles.

DR Series soaping agent for polyester blended fiber dyeing

Soaping agent DR series is used for the dyeing of polyester/cotton blended fibers at one bath, at T-SIDE, reduction clearing procedure could omitted with using DR.                                   Which can result in high fastness dyeing of material, so they serve to dye works to simplify and shorten the working time.

∙Soaping agent DR doesn't contain alkali and reducing agent composition, which won't damage wool, but can improve the texture of the wool as well as finishing touch. In addition, soaping DR will not affect acid dyes and reactive dyes dyeing effect.                   

∙Soaping agent DR low-foaming soaping agent, soluble in cold water, not only can be used to dye fabrics and also is more suitable for thermosol Dyed, dyeing printed material for soaping.

DAISOFT F Series softening agent for cheese dyeing

DAISOFT F is a softener of
our company technical collaboration with Sanyo Chemical Industries. We take the technology to produce this softener for dyeing of yarn in Taiwan. The mechanical stability of the emulsion particle is very well, even at high pH industrial water. So it makes oil reagent evenly attached to the surface。And the aid for cotton or blended fibers yarn processing, providing excellent rich texture and an appropriate smoothness and weave.

DAISOFT F is a softener developed for cotton or cotton blend. Therefor, the cotton and cotton blend yarn with or without dye-fixing treatment will be excellent rich texture and proper smoothness.

∙ DAISOFT F on cotton or cotton blend yarn dyeing processing of process, will strengthen the yarn tensile strength, and will be very fluffy and luxurious feel, and smoothness .

∙ DAISOFT F in fabric finishing process is more likely to wash than cationic softening treatment in the past.

∙ DAISOFT F may be compatible with non-ionic lubricants, anionic lubricants, weak cation lubricants, and dye-fixing agents. So it can be widely used.

∙ The emulsion dispersion small particles of DAISOFT F in severe pumping operation is extremely stable. That makes the dyed yarn homogenous and good softness. The aridity doesn’t be moved easily and adhered to the quantity on average.

∙ When DAISOFT F treated of fluorescent dyes fibers, its whiteness is not affected.

DAISOFT EH Series

DAISOFTER Series are softening agents for cotton & cotton synthetic fibers knitwear. DAISOFTER has superior fluffy, luxurious feel, and smoothness. Apart from, this assistant provides nearly pure white and less yellowing for textile. Thus, it's an ideal softener.

Degreasing agent

LA Series low-foam type degreasing agent

Degreasing agent LA is a non-ionic degreaser, in fur and leather production processes with low foaming and highly effective degreasing properties; and with effects of emulsifying, moisture and disperse. Good performance for removal of natural oils attached to the leather. It's very stable for acid, base or salt,  therefore, LA is widely used in the leather manufacturing process.

∙ Soaking, liming：Degreasing
agent LA can quickly   
rewetting the leather, make it
sinking into the water.

∙ When Glycolysis：Degreasing 
agent LA can remove the      
excess fat and clean the stains
on leather easily.
