Dispersant

DAHFLOW series is a surfactant specifically designed for use as pigment dispersing agent. It gives very high efficiency in dispersing inorganic pigments into water and also in lowering the viscosity of pigment slurries.

• DAHFLOW series improves the dispersion of inorganic pigments such as satin-white, zinc oxide, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, titanium oxide, clay, talc, etc. and markedly lowers the viscosity of slurry.

• When the temperature of slurry rises in storage, the pigment slurry produced with DAHFLOW series has thermal stability that its viscosity remains unchanged.

• When DAHFLOW series is used for paper coating pigments, especially for coating mixes in which a starch binder is incorporated, it has effect to hold the viscosity level of pigment slurry.

Defoamer

DF-0 series product is effective for any synthetic emulsion system, especially for vinyl acetate-acrylate emulsion, polyvinyl acetate emulsion, styrene-butadiene, acrylic emulsion and water soluble alkyd system.

• DF-0 series product has the excellent enduring quality to prevent the surface defect or doesn’t affect the appearance of film.。

DF-2 series is fatty acid ester emulsion type anti-foaming agent useful for latex, waterborne paints and miscellaneous emulsions. DF-2 series exhibits excellent anti-foaming for monomer stripping and being used after manufacture of latex without fish-eye.

• DF-2 series can effectively control the pulp, foam overflowing and improves the quality of papermaking.  DF-2 series is applied to papermaking system, and it is also used in wastewater, antifreeze or distillation system.

DF-6 series defoamer is based on mineral oil, and it is applied to brown stock (sulfite and sulfate process).

Deinking Agent

DP series is a composite deinking agent (Displector), and it is a synthetic surfactants.

• To make suitable for flotation of ink particles of air flotation have good adsorbability, and also has enough hydrophilic to ensure continued scattered small ink particles in suspension without settling on the fiber surface, so that these small ink particles by washing to remove later.

• DP series is not sensitive to industrial water hardness, so it is not necessary to supplement calcium, and also won't produce calcium precipitation and scaling, and the fiber loss is low.

• The surfactant of DP series has excellent properties of emulsification, dispersion and flocculation etc. and can effectively eliminate the resin precipitation, to obtain high quality recycled fibers.

• Cationic surfactants of DP series have not only special efficacy for removal of aniline ink (water-based ink), but also itself is a kind of antiseptics and has very good bactericidal effect for pulp.

• DP series is suitable for the waste paper deinking manufacturers in the operation of removing in alkaline condition.

Thickener

This series (Sodium Polymethacrylate) is a thickener applied to pulp and paper industry. Other applications include stabilizer for suspension polymerization and thickener for water-soluble paint.

• This thickener is considered to appropriately reduce the viscosity in order to facilitate processing for the actual produce situation of pulp and paper industry.

Bleaching Assistance Agent

BRITE series is a stabilizer for peroxide without any silicate.

• Replace the current peroxide stabilizer and also can reduce the dosage of silicate, then protect peroxide deposing, help bleaching.

•  In waste paper deinking, can improve the performance of flotation cell, increase the cell gain; can help suitable the changes of waste paper; when raw material vary, it can help keep production stable; can do some help for flotation selecting, improve the ash and ink removal, keep fiber in the system, benefit yield improve.

•  When produce CTMP, can stabilize peroxide and benefit bleaching; For peroxide stabilization, it is much better than normal chemical: e.g., when use silicate, although after dilution, it is still colloid in water. When water quality isn’t good, the colloid that silicate forming will cover the heavy metal and then stick to the fibers which destroy a lot peroxide.

•  When it is used in deinking process, not like normal chelating agent and peroxide stabilizer which also chelating the free calcium ion. Brite won’t effect, so can improve deinking performance; also suitable for waste paper varies.

•  The structure of BRITE also can affect the flotation selecting, can improve yield reducing cost.

Lubricant

• This product improves the application of coatings and imparts a superior finish to coated paper. Due to its excellent features are its economy and easy to use. By lubricating the coating, CUCLUB series improves the flow and leveling properties. It also plasticizes the dry coating and improves its printability, gloss and smoothness.

Decolor Agent

To the suspended particles contain anionic charge in the waste water, SANFLOC series not only can bring good agglutination (FLOC) by neutralize the adsorption of the charge and bridging, but also can produce insoluble complexes by combination with anionic water-soluble substances in water, then they will be agglutinate and separate out. Above all, SANFLOC series can deal with the discoloration of the dyeing plant wastewater which other agglutinant cannot do as well as the removal of some active agent.

• SANFLOC series is a kind of liquid products, so it is very convenient and easy to use.

• SANFLOC series can neutralize the negative charges in the surface of the suspended particles. It can connect with the broken molecules, thus achieving an excellent aggregation effect.
• SANFLOC series could mix the anionic dyes pigments (especially the red series of wastewater which is difficult to deal with), interfacial agent (refining agent, dyeing auxiliaries) and other anionic water-soluble substances together, condense them into water-insoluble complexes, then agglutinate and separate them out from the waste water.
• For the particles of gummy sludge and sewage sludge are protected by hydrophilic substance (come from bacterium in sludge and then block particles to agglomerate when they are highly water-fusion), SANFLOC series can agglomerate and hydrophobize those particles.
